Configuring Color schemes
A workflow transition color scheme defines a set of associations – or mappings – between a workflow’s actions and different colors. As a Jira administrator, you can associate colors with different workflows actions.
Adding a workflow transition color scheme
Select the Jira icon > Jira settings > (Manage addons or Manage apps)
Under COLOR WORKFLOW TRANSITIONS, click Workflow Transition Color Scheme
Click Assign New Workflow.
Choose the workflow from the drop down list.
Click Add to create the new workflow scheme.

Configuring a Workflow Transition Color Scheme
You can use this procedure to edit any workflow scheme in the system. The chosen workflow can be either active or inactive.

1. Click Add Color, and select Simple Mode or Advanced Mode. | |
Remove a workflow from the scheme | Click Remove in the Operations column. |
1. Click Assign under actions for the desired workflow. | |
Remove an issue type from the scheme | Click the x next to the name of the issue type to remove it. |
