Unfortunately there’s a restriction from Proforma that only allows request creator to fill the form, so if you were using Creator & Reporter = EMAIL_ADDRESS setting. Profroma will not allow you to append the form since the public user on portal is not the request creator (owner) We created a request for ProForma support team to find a way to implement this with them TTS-3627 |

When using Creator & Participant = PUBLIC_USER | Reporter = EMAIL_ADDRESS | use for Proforma The known email, “Just Confirming we got your request, we are on it” will not be sent to the email used to submit the request. We will solve this issue in an upcoming release. However the user will receive all other updates |
