A project space scheme defines a set of associations – or mappings – between a space and a project. As a Jira administrator, you can associate projects with different spaces within a project space schemes and then share this association with multiple workflow post functions.
Adding a project space scheme
Select the Jira icon > Jira settings > Apps or Add ons.
Under JCWE, click Project Space Schemes.
Click Add Project Space Scheme.
Enter the name of the new project space scheme.
Click Add to create the new project space scheme.
Configuring a project space scheme
You can use this procedure to edit any project space scheme in the system. Note that editing a project space schemes will automatically create a draft so you don't impact existing workflows.
Select the Jira icon > Jira settings > Apps or Add ons..
Under JCWE, click Project Space Schemes.
Click Edit for the relevant workflow.
Edit your workflow scheme as needed
