A customfield space scheme defines a set of associations – or mappings – between a space and a customfield value. As a Jira administrator, you can associate values with different spaces within a customfield space schemes and then share this association with multiple workflow post functions.
Adding a Customfield space scheme
Select the Jira icon > Jira settings > Apps or Add ons.
Under JCWE, click Customfield Space Schemes.
Click Add Customfield Space Scheme.
Enter the name of the new customfield space scheme.
Choose a customfield from the drop down to map its options
Click Add to create the new customfield space scheme.
Configuring a customfield space scheme
You can use this procedure to edit any customfield space scheme in the system. Note that editing a customfield space schemes will automatically create a draft so you don't impact existing workflows.
Select the Jira icon > Jira settings > Apps or Add ons..
Under JCWE, click Customfield Space Schemes.
Click Edit for the relevant workflow.
